That moment when . . .
Something feels off. You wake up but don't want to get out of bed. Your social life is not what you'd like it to be. The same thing that happened in your last relationship is happening again, but whyyyyyy?
It's time to uncover it.
It's time to uncover it.
It's not a quick fix.
It's about becoming untangled.
Here I have provided an overview of my own process that lasted months to get to the end. Take these steps at your own pace. Live life at your own pace :)
Step 1. No longer a victim
You recognize that there is something inside of you causing discomfort. Instead of blaming others this time, you're willing to look inward for answers. You start taking responsibility for your choices. You start noticing that your choices are based on your emotions, thoughts, or both.

Step 2. Tend to wounds
There are emotional wounds that need tending to for the purpose of cleansing & healing our emotional state. Discovering what works best for you can be pretty exciting because it acquaints you even further with your unique self. It's a matter of testing out various items that you are drawn to in order to identify if these things can assist in your healing process.
When it comes to tending and healing those wounds, there are too many methods to count. You'll find a list of suggestions in the next secret adventure.

Step 3. Examine self
Take time out from everything. Lights out with candle or fire light only. Now it's time to dive in & ask your self some questions.
Take time out from everything. Lights out with candle or fire light only. Now it's time to dive in & ask your self some questions.
- What is hurting?
- Where in your body does it hurt?
- What do I believe about others in regards to that hurt?
- What do I believe about myself in regards to that hurt?
- What choices do I make when in this type of situation?
- What motivates me to make those choices?
- Is there a repeating phrase in my mind when this situation comes up?
- Can you tell if the phrase is true or false?
- What phrase do you wish was repeating instead of that one?
Step 4. Core beliefs
It's time to see those core beliefs and stare at them with disbelief. Seriously ask yourself, "How did this get here?" And then, you see why. Or you see part of why. You wish to turn back time & make it right. You want to fix it, change it, and make it go away!
You want freedom from your own beliefs? Well that's another story. Right now we're merely uncovering them to see what's there.

Step 5. Connect the dots
You begin seeing how these wounds have influenced: your choices, how you interact with people, and how you view the world.
Your deepest motivations sit right in front of your mind & you think . . . "Well shit. I don't like this! Now what?"

Step 6. ACCEPTANCE
I accept these parts of me that I wanted to fix & change. I no longer fight all that lives in side: the emotions, energies, patterns on repeat, frequencies I emit, my flavor, my personality.
All of these things create who I am today. I hold it all in my arms right now. Who I am is safe in my own embrace.

Step 7. Enjoy
At the end of each uncovering, there is a rest period. Now is the time for enjoying life more than you did before. Now is the time for seeing life from your new perspective.
This is your "after" moment. For me, it is the moment I can finally taste the wind, and it feels like freedom.
